Care Instructions

All items are suitable for dry cleaning.

Silk scarves may also be washed by hand in warm water with a suitable detergent such as ecover delicate or a similar product designated as safe to use on silk. After washing squeeze excess water from the fabric by compressing between your hands. Do not wring as this will damage the fabric. Allow to dry naturally and then steam iron on a medium – high setting to restore the smoothness and sheen to the fabric.

Shipping

We endeavour to make it as easy as possible to receive your items and with this in mind provide complimentary shipping on all purchases made through our website. This is by our preferred delivery method, which requires that someone be available to receive and sign for your items. Depending on your location delivery may take 1-2 days or longer as we do not provide express shipping as our standard free option. If you require expedited shipping this will incur a charge to cover the increased price. Please contact us for details before placing your order.
Damage in transit: We strive to make sure that all goods reach you in perfect condition. If however your order does not reach you in that state please contact us immediately. Images of the damage are helpful as well and we would be grateful if you could provide these. If we find for example that our couriers are treating our shipments other than we would wish, your supplied images would help us in rectifying their behaviour.

Returns

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original packaging within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. If a refund is offered this will be made using your original payment method. Lastly we recommend that you return items to us using a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.

Stockist Enquiries

Leto & Ariadne is looking to build lasting relationships with new stockists worldwide. If you think we would work well together please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are planning on being able to offer exclusive colourways to specific stockists in the near future.

Please note that Leto & Ariadne does not work with stockists on a sale or return basis.

Press Enquiries

We welcome the opportunity to work with stylists and print and online publications. Please contact us with as much notice as possible specifying what you may need or provide your contact details and we will get in touch at the earliest opportunity. All items are available on a loan basis and must be returned in the same condition as they are dispatched.

When you purchase an item from us you have the choice to register as a customer on our website. Information you provide to us remains confidential at all times. We do not share your details with any third party at any time. We add customers e-mails to our newsletter database but our customers are able to unsubscribe from this list at any time.
