As part of the London Design Festival the handweaver Nick Ozanne and studio mate, Milliner Gemma Sangwine, will be decamping from the Cotswolds for one week and moving their studios to a new home in Shoreditch.
From Tuesday 22nd – Sunday 27 September their new home with be in the lower floor of the Espacio Gallery and all are welcome to come along and see Nick handweaving silk on a manual loom or Gemma creating bridal accessories from vintage jewellery or blocking out a new line of cocktail hats. The gallery is also showcasing a new collaborative collection from Massimo Casagrande and Liz Wellstead who work across the mediums of handprinted fabric, digital embroidery and fashion.
